Exchange policy

At Zylen, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:


Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.


The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.


Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Exchange is allowed only for the same item in a different color or design, subject to availability.


Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.


Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling will not be accepted.


Shipping costs for exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.



Zylen reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
