We accept all major credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact our customer support immediately.

Yes! Zylen offers free delivery across Pakistan on all orders.


6. How can I return or exchange a product?

7. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?

If your product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.


8. How do I care for my bag?

We recommend keeping your bag away from direct sunlight and moisture, wiping it with a soft cloth, and storing it in its dust bag when not in use.


9. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Zylen delivers only within Pakistan. We hope to expand internationally soon.
